All engagements are intentional, limited-capacity, and commitment-based.

Due to the strategic nature of our work and the time, preparation, and resources allocated to each client, all payments are non-refundable once an engagement has begun.

We do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Lack of implementation

• Scheduling conflicts

• Early termination
